Hello and welcome to the Amelia County Volunteer Fire Department. We are a 100% volunteer department with 142 dedicated members, manning five stations throughout the county. The volunteers respond to fire & EMS emergencies and also assist our neighbors with mutual aid when needed. We are located 30 miles west of the city of Richmond, Va.
